Pools below 40cm and above 120cm adhere to general height safety requirements. Please ensure you comply with your local council regulations.  Some district councils have new updated requirements for consents. According to the Building Act NZ permits are required for pools over 35,000Lit. Some district councils now require a building permit on lesser literage pools, please check with your local district council before purchase. Check out the link below for building act queries.
