While we’re confident that you’ll just love your purchase from us, if some reason you don’t, then return it within 7 days of receipt in the original Condition except for our pools which carries a Warranty. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement item to be sent out. Please note refunds do not include postage costs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the returned item is a result of our error.

If your purchase has been damaged in transit, we will offer the option of either a replacement or refund – but we must be notified of damages within 3 days of delivery. Once we have been notified, please return the item for the refund to be processed.
