Shipping policy

 

New Zealand

Shipping within New Zealand is charged as indicated per item for all items that will fit small non-bulk sizes. We have generalized shipping costs, if you purchase an item that cost less to send you will be refunded the difference. Please note that any purchase that is oversized, overweight, or bulk quantity items, or where cost of freight is extra, you may incur additional freight charges. If so, the customer will be notified by the packing staff. No PO BOX delivery, if you are needing NZPost delivery please send email stating. An additional charge of $5.00 maybe be levied on all small rural purchases sent with our general courier. Please be aware if the incorrect freight is chosen, the packing staff will contact you.  If you are unsure please contact Payless Lifestyle 075770023 or hit the chat button.

Packages are generally dispatched within 4-5 working days after receipt of payment. Some items will run out of stock instore, so there maybe a delay in an item being shipped due to wait time on restocking. You can expect to receive your package within 5-10 days of ordering. All orders are sent via Aramex, rural parcels switch to NZPost which take up to 3 days more. If needing only NZPost please email and state that preference.  All oversized, overweight or bulk items will be sent via a specialized freighting company. Payless Lifestyle deliveries are subject to standard courier time frames. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. 

We recommend that the delivery address is somewhere where the package can be left safely or please use your work address or an address you trust. No PO Box address as Aramex does not deliver to box numbers. We do not recommend PO Box deliveries. However, if needing to send small parcels to PO Box within NZ, please email and pick the NZPost option.

If you have not received your purchase order within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can complete a track and trace.

You will be contacted by our staff if there is extra freight charges, due to multiple item purchases, or incorrect freight option chosen.

We use NZ Post or DHL international post service, which allows us to give you the best shipping prices.  Packages are generally dispatched within 4-5 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery time frames are usually more than 10 working days. PAYLESS LIFESTYLE deliveries are subject to standard postal time frames. This does not include the amount of time for customs.  Delivery is not available to rural addresses so please arrange an alternative address if this is the case. PAYLESS LIFESTYLE has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information as you will be liable for these charges if they are incurred.
