Marked with handy precise measurement rings for rolling out dough or pie crusts from 6” to 15”/15.2cm to 38.1cm, it also has measurements for lattice pastry up to 17.5” or 46.5cm. Oven safe to 230oC with even heat distribution, this mat doubles as a baking sheet, reducing moisture and wastage without the need for parchment paper, butter or non-stick sprays.

Versatile, this mat is also great for freezing or stretching candy down to -40oC.

When not in use, roll up or leave flat for easy storage.
