Non-Breather tap with 11mm outlet ID (14mm OD) with garden hose connector, long 3/4″ BSP thread and fixed hexagonal body for use in rigid containers with a secondary opening. Use a breather tap in single-opening containers to achieve a smooth flow.

Water butt taps are black as they are designed to better withstand UV light and are therefore suitable for outdoors use. The lever turns independently of outlet so hose/tubing doesn’t twist when the taps are turned on and off. These are commonly used on outdoor water storage containers and IBCs (use with cap 500745 to screw the tap straight onto an IBC outlet).

Flow rate is 105ml/second (water viscosity).

HDPE body, PP spigot, black EPDM gasket. Wide chemical compatibility. Not food grade.

Also available with a hose barb (code 406129) and can be used with a back nut (202015) for use in a container without a threaded opening.
