A popular and easy to grow variety. A sweet, large growing carrot with deep interior colour. Well suited for both spring - early summer sowings and later sowings for harvesting during winter - early spring.

• How To Sow: Choose a well-drained site in full sun. Sow these seeds directly in warm, well prepared seedbed. Sow seeds in rows, 1 cm apart, in rows 30 cm apart, at a depth of 1 cm.
• Seedling Care: Keep the seedbed evenly moist during the germination period (14-21 days). Apply fruit fertiliser two weeks after germination for healthier plants and maximum crop. • Hints & Tips: Radishes are often sown with carrots to mark the rows. Thin carrots out as the seedlings emerge - firstly 2 cm apart, then 2-3 weeks later thin to 5 cm apart.
