The dust sits inside the lip on the three high sides of the bin.  Please note that it is not hinged or fixed to the bin so is not suitable for applications in vehicles.

They can be used even when there is also a divider in the bin.

There are also fdust covers designed for the size 3Z, 4, 5 & 6 bins.
